MY WORLD, MY WORK

My name is Sydney Sabiston and I am an actor. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Winnipeg's Asper Centre for Acting in Theatre & Film. I have performed in various films and television series such as SYFY's "Channel Zero" (Seasons 3 & 4), Hallmark's "A Wonderful Winter Weekend" and Bellum Entertainment's "I Knew My Murderer". I have also performed as a stage actor for various Theatre plays such as Shakespeare's "As You Like It", Sophocles' Greek Tragedy Play "Antigone", and various roles in a series of 10 minute plays. I am currently a self-represented actor, seeking representation in either Winnipeg or Toronto, Canada. I have been an ACTRA member in good standing since 2017 and continue to actively find work in Winnipeg Manitoba's film community whether it's being an actor or stand-in on union or non union sets.

Since August of 2018, I've also started to work as a 3rd Assistant Director on film sets, mostly working with Hallmark and Lifetime. Besides being an ACTRA member, I am also a member in good standing with the DGC.
